This week's Senior of the Week, nominated by Mr. Sullivan, is Mary Hansen because she is a superior student, is helpful and kind to all, always has a smile on her face, and is the best bouncer EVER!

This week's Student of the Week, nominated by Ms. Thompson, is Antonio Lentisco because he epitomizes true VHS Bulldog attitude both in the classroom and on the tennis court by consistently striving for the best in everything he does.

This week's Male Athlete of the Week is Kyler Martin because of his amazing prowess over hurdles and his positive, can-do attitude and insatiable work ethic in everything he undertakes.

This week's Female Athlete of the Week is Brianna French, not only because she can throw heavy objects a long distance, but also because she is a fierce competitor who will beat you to a pulp and smile while she’s doing it.
